Introducing Pollo a la Brasa
The new Bomba will feature Pollo a la Brasa (wood fired chicken & duck) along with locally sourced organic produce. Half and whole chickens will be available.
Lunch Only till late October
Initially, and starting today, Bomba will only be open for lunch during the first two weeks. By late October they will stay open for dinner as well.
